40/40 Clubs will collide with "The 20/20 Experience" all summer--not because "Suit and Tie" will be all over the radio but because Jay-Z (who owns the 40/40 Club sports bar chain) and Justin Timberlake, the men behind the (highly anticipated and mildly received) song, are reportedly planning a massive tour together for later this year. JT hinted at a big announcement on Twitter before the Grammys, where the pair performed together. It was apparently a preview of an 11- to 13-city tour set for stadiums around the country, according to Rolling Stone . Timberlake also released another single, "Mirrors," from "The 20/20 Experience," which is set for release March 19. The tour and recent performances mark Timberlake's return to live performing for the first time in more than five years.

Tate Modern: I was attempting to do only museums I haven't seen before, but after checking out St. Paul's Cathedral where I lit a candle and pretended to be a devout Catholic for fifty seconds in order to feel deep shame and terror of my own sexual desires, I realized I had only to cross the...

I recently had the privilege of hanging out backstage with Bill McKibben on 350.org's “Do the Math” tour. Any regular reader of this column has heard me talk about McKibben before. He's the author and environmentalist who began his career with the prescient “The End of Nature” back in 1989. I spoke with McKibben for about an hour, and a full-length interview will appear soon in The Rumpus . The tour is based on McKibben's Rolling Stone article: “ Global Warming's Terrifying New Math .” To summarize: we have currently managed to raise the temperature of the planet 1 degree Celsius by burning fossil fuels.
