It's been a slow countdown to a "Firefly" reunion special ever since Science channel began airing episodes of the cult hit a few years ago. Mark your calendars, Browncoats, because the big event takes place Nov. 11. "Firefly: Browncoats Unite" reunites Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion, Sean Maher, Summer Glau, Adam Baldwin, Morena Baccarin, Alan Tudyk, Gina Torres and Jewel Staite for a 60-minute look at the series, including behind-the-scenes stories...

Cable networks kick off the Fall TV season in early September with a variety of reality series, scripted dramas and comedies. Later in the month, the broadcast networks join the fray with their new and returning series. And if you oly watch TV on your computer, YouTube and Netflix are launching new comedies this month as well. It's going to be a busy month for TV fanatics. As usual, I'll add to this list as more premieres are announced. Sunday, Sept. 1 6 | "ABC Fall Preview Special Presented by the Chew," ABC (special)

The last weekend of March offered up a bunch of TV events, but you ain't seen nothing yet. April 2013 brings showers of season and series premieres, finales and films to add to the already launched new seasons of "Game of Thrones," Doctor Who" and others. "Warehouse 13" comes back to Syfy, while the network debuts its long-in-the-works "Defiance. " Starz' "Spartacus" says good-bye just in time for the exciting new series "Da Vinci's Demons. " "The Borgias" on Showtime and "Veep" on HBO begin news seasons.
