Oxygen has yet to announce a Season 2 of the reality series “The Glee Project,” but as they say in showbiz - the show must go on. Or in this case, pre-production if the show gets picked up. Officials, including casting director Robert Ulrich, will be in Chicago Sunday and Monday for open auditions. “The Glee Project”” Season 1 winner, Samuel Larsen, also is scheduled to make appearances. Those hoping to audition should visit http://thegleeproject.oxygen.com to pre-register.

Here are the details: "MasterChef" open call When: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 Where: Le Cordon Bleu, 361 W. Chestnut in Chicago What to do: You MUST bring one prepared dish to be served to the judges, including Graham Elliot. You will be given a few minutes to plate your dish, but there will not be a kitchen to cook or warm it up so come prepared!

Univision Network has announced May 10 open auditions in Chicago for its new reality singing competition, "Va Por Ti" (This One's for You). The Chicago auditions, at Resolution Studios, 2226 W. Walnut St., are part of a nationwide search for contestants that begins April 5 in Los Angeles and ends May 23 in Miami. Talent scouts will attend the auditions to spot the most promising candidates. Starz has launched a nationwide casting call for ballet dancers to star in the as-yet-untitled original drama it is developing. Producers will conduct open auditions in Chicago on Oct. 3 and 4. The series comes from "Breaking Bad" co-executive producer Moira Walley-Beckett and Lawrence Bender, a frequent collaborator with Quentin Tarantino. The drama will explore the dark side of the professional ballet world through the story of Claire, a young ballet dancer with a troubled past who joins a prestigious New York ballet company.

Univision Network's hit reality beauty competition, "Nuestra Belleza Latina" ("Our Latin Beauty"), kicks off its search for the new season's contestants with open auditions Wednesday in the Chicago area. Reigning Season 5 queen Nastassja Bolivar, judges Osmel Sousa and Lupita Jones and the show's host, Giselle Blondet, will meet contestants starting at 8 a.m. Jan. 11 at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, 2001 N. Roselle Road in Schaumburg. Grammy winner Lupillo Rivera will make a special appearance as a guest judge.

On Thursday, Feb. 27, producers from the show will audition candidates at the Oriental Theatre.
