New Orleans-based Naked Pizza has baked up a healthier spin on pizza for carryout and delivery, and three first-time restaurant owners have teamed up to franchise the concept in Chicago. Naked Pizza's first Chicago location is due to open May 30 at 953 W. Diversey Pkwy. in Lincoln Park.
