O'Connor Casting will conduct an open casting call Dec. 5 in Chicago for "The Great Norway Adventure. " "Alt for Norge," as it is titled in Norway, is an Emmy-winning hit in that country. It follows 12 Norwegian-Americans who compete in a series of challenges that bring them closer to their Norwegian heritage. The winner receives $50,000 and gets to meet Norwegian relatives he or she did not even know they had. O'Connor Casting is conducting a search for contestants for the show's fifth season across the U.S. The Chicago casting call is set for 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 5...

A mystery at the University of Chicago unfolded like the dotted lines on an old map in classic Indiana Jones movies. Last week, the university posted photos of a package it had received , addressed to none other than Henry Walton Jones, Jr., better known to most as Indiana Jones. Inside was a replica of the fictional U. of C. professor Abner Ravenwood's journal from the "Raiders of the Lost Ark" film. With no explanation, the university reached out via Tumblr, asking visitors to the blog help solve the mystery.

Before History Channel's "Vikings" premiered in early March, leading man Travis Fimmel may have been best known for his modeling days--and Calvin Klein underwear ads.
