I suppose after five years of anticipation and cult hit status, it would be difficult to not let down the fans. Nevertheless, I wanted so little of the fourth Netflix-driven season of “Arrested Development” - the bar was so low. Just put all of those characters back on screen, I figured, and I'd be happy. But this experiment was, for all intents and purposes, an abysmal failure. Okay, that might be strong. AD4 still wrung more than its fair share of reluctant laughs out of me even after I got pissed at it: George Michael's fumbling, Tobias's double entendres, GOB's inadvertent...

Tom Haverford, Aziz Ansari's character on NBC's "Parks and Recreation," lost a bit of his swagger recently when "Orphan Black" star Tatiana Maslany guest starred as Nadia, a doctor who makes Tom swoon. Tom's loss of confidence as he clumsily tried to woo Nadia aligns with the fearful attitude Ansari addresses in his latest stand-up special, "Buried Alive. " As a man pushing 30, Ansari ruminates about becoming an adult, babies, marriage and other long-term relationships. The special, which was filmed live at the Merriam Theater in Philadelphia during the show's tour...

I feel like ever since I woke up from my Thanksgiving food coma, all anyone asks me is, "What should we do for New Year's Eve?" Considering Dec. 31 probably is in second place for most over-hyped holiday right behind Valentine's Day, it's a pretty tough question to answer. To help you figure out what to do, I've decide to weigh the two options we all have: going out vs. staying in. COST Going out Chicago has a lot of bars and clubs.
