Happy Anniversary, folks. That's right, exactly one year ago today Kevin Pang and I put all the McMeats on one bun and ate it as a goof. It ended up getting mentioned on "The Tonight Show". How the hell do you top that? Easy. You make it locals-only. Only food from Chicago restaurants are used this time. I combined a Mastodon from Kuma's Corner , a wild game sausage from Hot Doug's (antelope if you're wondering), a taco de panza (pork belly) from Big Star , and an entire slice of deep-dish sausage pizza from Lou Malnati's.

For the 9th consecutive year, Riot Fest will invade Chicago, leaving a trail of chain wallets and black hoodies in its wake.  This year, the festival, held in Humboldt Park Sept. 12-14, will feature a smattering of punk, emo, screamo, rap and good ol' fashioned rock bands. Headliners will include The Cure, The National, Weezer, Tegan and Sara, and Slayer. If you're ready to get all up in your feelings, you'll be happy to know that both Taking Back Sunday and Dashboard Confessional will be performing this year.

Via email, the Fall Out Boy bassist/lyricist, guitarist and drummer chimed in on their evolving sound, what makes them feel old and more.
