Katy Perry's firework bra is about to become even more unrealistic. Thr.com reports the singer has signed a deal with Electronic Arts to collaborate with its "Sims" series, including clothing, hairstyles, furniture and props within the game. Are these two a match made in virtual heaven or what? They were subdued in North Carolina, pepper-sprayed in Washington and arrested in Georgia. In case this nugget of news slipped under your radar over the Christmas weekend, I'm talking about shoppers - throngs of unhinged shoppers who were whipped into a frenzy on Friday over the release of the new Air Jordan 11 Retro Concord sneaks. Closer to home, police in Elmhurst said a man was robbed of his Jordans at gunpoint Saturday after posting an ad on Craigslist to trade his shoes, triblocal.com reported.

I'm not quite sure why the 20-something characters of MTV's new series "Underemployed" are surprised they're having a hard time finding success as a model, a rocker or an author. After all, everyone knows the path to success in entertainment travels only through such reality shows as "American Idol," "America's Next Top Model" or MTV's own "The Real World. " I mean, right?
