The Chicago Police Department issued a community alert Tuesday night warning that men had mugged a delivery person after placing a bogus delivery order with a local restaurant. The incident, which reportedly took place near 75th Street between South Kingston Avenue and South Coles Avenue earlier this month, involved a person placing "a bogus call" to order food, then forcibly taking the food from the deliverer without paying.
