It's vegan and gluten-free. It's good for your teeth. It's minty. And it's for oral sex. It's Blowpaste. The water-based lubricant Jasmine Ejan and boyfriend Steven Guistolise of Edgewater dreamed up hit the market in late-April, and now the couple plans on taking their concoction national. It's an idea Ejan said she's had for years -- her entrepreneurial spirit inspired by shows like "Shark Tank" and the invention itself stemming from a practical problem. “Basically, you brush your teeth, then you're about to do the deed, and most lubes have a aspartame or candy like...

As if the newlyweds couldn't be happier, a chance meeting got one of their favorite photographers to capture the moment. This past weekend, Paul Octavious -- whose work has been featured in The New York Times, The Huffington Post and has almost half a million Instagram followers -- sat down for a late lunch at Eataly. As his waiter -- Judd Mealey -- returned with the beer he'd ordered, he told Octavious he recognized him. He was a huge fan. And it just so happened he and his partner Scott were just talking about his work as they prepared for their wedding at City...

I've recently found myself in an unexpected situation. I've known this couple for a few years, from work, and have flirted and had fun with them without thinking too much of it. However, they recently asked me if I'd be into pursuing a relationship with both of them. I've never really done the poly thing before and am worried I may be in over my head here. But at the same time, maybe it'll be fun? I don't want to lose them as friends. How does one date a couple?--Plus Two The same way you'd date one person, with extra time penciled in for Feelings Talks and high-fives.

ROCKFORD  In the seven years that Ashley and Vanessa Kramer have been together, they have weathered glares as they held hands. Some people also have called Ashley, who sports a short haircut and prefers androgynous clothing, “sir.” Once, they were kicked out of a northern Virginia mall for kissing, they said. But on one February morning, they encountered one of their toughest obstacles in trying to become the couple they have longed to be: Chicago traffic. The Kramers woke at 3 a.m. to battle a slow-moving expressway to wait for hours for the...

You know all about Brad and Angie, Kim and Kanye, Jay and Bey. But for our (nonexistent) money, the greatest power couple in Hollywood is decidedly lower-key: Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard. After a yearslong engagement, the two tied the knot last week in L.A. Here are five reasons why you should love them as much as we do. 1. They had the least obnoxious celebrity wedding in history. Spring is here and we're all just trying to get sprung. Deer are growing horns, nuts abound for the squirrels, and bunnies are doing what they do best. Just the other day, a man had his friend stop a moving car so that he could get out and run down the block after me. When he caught up to me, he was out of breath and wanted to tell me that I looked cute. That, my friends, is hustle. Singles season has officially arrived. Typically, I'm one to abide by the very clear-cut Chicago dating seasons: Go wild in spring, pick a few faves in summer, lock one down by fall, hibernate in...

When your wedding reception is at the Madhouse on Madison, anything can happen.  On Friday, two unsuspecting newlyweds were being snapped for some post-ceremony photos when photographer Ruthie Hauge captured an unexpected subject in the background: Hawks forward Patrick Sharp. "We didn't know he was going to skate up and photobomb them," Hauge said. "They were thrilled. They are huge Blackhawks fans. "  The couple was holding their reception in a United Center suite, and the photobomb happened during the Hawks warmup before a game against the Carolina Hurricanes.  ...

Presented with minimal context:  We're not entirely sure what's going on here, but this Vine speaks volumes. Titled "PERFECT DATE = ELLIE GOULDING + LORDE = AARON PAUL SINGING FOR A KISS #strangers #theykissed," the Vine shows the trio of stars singing "kiss her!" in unison.  Were they strangers? Did they know each other? Is this yet another knockoff "First Kiss" video?  There's a lot of questions, but for now, just realize these two had a date -- or at the very least a random encounter -- that will be better than...

Dear Anna, I have never written to anyone on this subject before. First, we are not young kids. I am 56, my wife is 55. We've been married 31 years and for 28 of those years we have had a big problem in the bedroom, which I thought was me. She has no interest in male pleasure. Just about three years ago she admitted she is only turned on by and attracted to women -- but she is now used to me. We have tried the Internet to find a third, but only get young kids every now and then for one-nighters.

Zach Braff knows what he's doing. The quirky Scrubs star stopped mid-crosswalk for quick photobomb in Times Square, where photographer Sascha Reinking was photographing a newlywed couple from Germany. The pro was skeptical if it really was Braff, so she naturally took to social media to confirm. In just a couple of hours, the photo had been retweeted almost 4,000 times including a shout out from Zach Braff himself saying, “This is one of my best photobombs ever.” Yes, yes it is Zach.

There are pockets of digital space that won't let us forget about what we need to do. We dutifully set alarms, punch in information about meetings and sift through emails about dreaded family reunions. Calendars used to hold reminders about the things we most looked forward to, now they're used almost exclusively to remind ourselves of our obligations. But the team behind the Chicago-based iPhone app Lovendar hope to change that. “The idea was born out of a personal need,” said Ellona Ferson, 33, project manager and founder.  Apps...
