Ronnie Brewer and the Bulls were only one step away from the NBA Finals last year. And on SundayNov. 6, Brewer will take a lot of steps - 1,209 to be exact. With time on his hands due to the NBA lockout and a history of charity work, even being named Sporting Generosity's September player of the month for his work with the Boys and Girls Club, Brewer will participate in SkyRise and climb all 103 stories of the Willis Tower. The event will benefit the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Ringling Bros. could have used Luol Deng when the circus was in town last week. The 28-year-old forward has been juggling roles in the wake of Derrick Rose's season-ending injury last month.
