Twosday Night Duck Special

Chef Tom Van Lente and head bartender Graham Crowe launch a pairing featuring housemade duck confit pasta (duck egg fettuccine, confit, duck skin cracklings, scallions, parmesan; regularly $16) served with any house cocktail (regularly $9-$12) such as the Wet Hound (vodka, fresh-squeezed grapefruit and mint). 5-10 p.m. $12.

The West Loop spot stays open past its usual 6 p.m. closing time for a burger battle featuring Blackbird pastry chef Dana Cree's The Bad Biscuit (chicken-fried burger, pimiento cheese and dill pickles on a smoked cheddar biscuit; $13), the restaurant's signature PQM burger ($12) and a surprise entry from PQM chefs. Add bourbon or beer—or both—from the cash bar to complete your dinner. 6-9 p.m.
