Well, they're going to have a hard time renting those condos out now.

A big old blaze inside a vacant building at 955 W. Grand Ave. caused a gaper's delay on the Kennedy Expressway -- because of course it did -- around 11 p.m. Thursday as drivers slowed down as if they'd never seen fire before.

Despite the errant semi truck, this cellphone footage recaps the scene from the Kennedy.

Typically, a single fire engine on the scene of a fire this size would be cause for concern, but there wasn't any actual danger. The hunky TV firefighters from "Chicago Fire" had it under control.

The whole thing was part of a set for the filming of NBC show. The Chicago Film Office confirmed "Chicago Fire" was filming at that location Thursday night.
