Executive chef Chris Lorenz debuts the new seafood eatery featuring classic Chicago oyster bar-themed decor—1930s wallpaper, mermaid ceiling murals, carrera marble—and such menu items as a lobster roll ($15) and mussels with pommes frites ($14). Book a lunch or dinner reservation for any day through Jan. 30 and receive complimentary oysters. 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
