Chat with a brewmaster from the Chicago beer company as you dine on a muenster cheese gratinee with paired with Hopothesis Drafty Window farmhouse ale; then move on to pork shoulder with black pepper caramel, braised in—and served with—Hopothesis IPA plus smashed Yukon gold potatoes and a frisee salad. 5-9 p.m. $20.
