Take a Wednesday tasting tour through Italy with a weekly-changing regional focus. The Jan. 15 Piedmont dishes include pork shank with barbaresco-cherry sauce ($28); polenta al taleggio and black truffle carpaccio ($15) and more which you can pair with regional wines. 5-10 p.m.
