Put on your game face for chef Brian Jupiter's seasonal, stick-to-your-ribs cuisine featuring Texas-style barbecue rabbit leg with succotash ($18) and wood pigeon with cornbread dressing, greens and gravy ($19). Or go traditional with a smoked, bone-in pork chop with Southern potato salad, cornbread and spicy kale slaw ($22). 4 p.m.-2 a.m.

Grab three pals for this family-style, shareable meal which includes choices of two sides, two dumpling varieties, a rice dish and two noodle entrees—such as beef brisket with wide rice noodles and red curry or chicken katsu with rice cakes, mango and Korean chili broth—plus maple-glazed mini-doughnuts with Vietnamese cinnamon for dessert and a glass of wine for each. 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Through Dec. 31. $25 per person.
