Nelson Mandela book of condolences at South African Consulate

In light of Nelson Mandela's death, a book of condolences will be available for Chicagoans to sign.

The Consulate General of the Republic of South Africa will have an open book of condolences for Chicago residents who wish to leave a note to the country's former president.

Those interested can sign the book from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The consulate is at 200 S. Michigan Ave., Suite 600.
