Justin Timberlake is known for his versatility as an artist--for Sunday's American Music Awards he has snagged nominations in the Pop, R&B and Soul categories--but there's still one genre of music he's yet to cover: country.
Apparently the Grammy-winning performer wants to change that.
According to Billboard, Timberlake told Nashville-based SiriusXM station The Highway that his dreams of being a country star are "still alive," and that he still has his eye on a Best Country Album award. When the station cued up a cut of his song "Drink You Away" from the second part of "The 20/20 Experience," Memphis native Timberlake officially went all country and prefaced the cut with: "Mama, I've made it. I'm on The Highway."
