Illinois schools got their annual sex test, and the results are in.

Trojan Condoms released its annual College Sexual Health ranking of schools in all 50 states Friday, and the University of Illinois takes the bragging right as the top school in the state. For the fourth straight year, Chicago State University bottomed out in the rankings.

The survey of schools is based on a variety of factors, including availability of sexually transmitted infection testing, health center hours, contraceptive availability and quality of the school's education on the topic.

The survey -- in its 8th year -- is based on data collected and analyzed by research agency Sperling’s BestPlaces.

Here’s how the schools ranked on the list of 140:

University of Illinois (6)

Northwestern University (30, up from 32 last year.)

Northern Illinois University (74)

DePaul University (109)

Chicago State University (139)
