Chef Mark Bello of New York's Pizza a Casa rules the kitchen for one night with his signature red and white pies ($12-$16)—including the Hot Hula, which features Avec pulled pork shoulder, pineapple and piri piri sauce; and Sprouts 'n' Snouts, made with shredded brussels sprouts and Publican Quality Meats head cheese—plus appetizers, salads and sweets. 3:30-midnight.
