The new restaurant in Pilsen's historic Thalia Hall—named in honor of the hall's founder, John Dusek—offers a one-night-only pairing of a special 5 Rabbit honey- and sage-infused beer served with a roasted duck breast, pumpkin-sage risotto, Asian pear relish and chestnut sauce. 5 p.m.-2 a.m. $24.
