Never Stop Fighting: A Charity Concert Inspired by the Life of Matt Ryd

On Sept. 19 & 20, musicians from around the city will be getting together at Uncommon Ground (3800 N. Clark St.) to put on a benefit concert in memory of Matt Ryd. All proceeds from these fundraisers will go to benefit groups that help combat - and raise awareness of - eating disorders.

As someone who was a fan of Matt Ryd's, I'll be pitching in on the 20th as a host. His close friend John Morrison will be hosting on the 19th. We hope that Matt's friends and fans can show up and pack Uncommon Ground to not only remember a wonderful talent but also raise money for a good cause.
