Take a hand-on class with German-born chef Christopher Tong of My Private Chef and make a traditional German fall dinner featuring seared pork tenderloin with homemade potato pancake and apple-cranberry compote. Chef Cleetus Friedman teamed up with Pete Crowley of Haymarket Brewing for the new Rosemary's Red Devil, a barrel-aged red ale with rosemary, demerara sugar and burnt orange peel. Meet the team at the release party as the two serve complimentary tastings and 10-ounce glasses ($9) of the results. 7 p.m. No cover.
