Chef Tony Hu recently added lunch service at his new River North restaurant, which features such options as shrimp dumplings ($7) and barbecue pork buns ($7) plus congee and noodle dishes ($5-$10) and lunch plates including Sichuan Chinese eggplant ($10) and chicken lettuce cups with sweet pepper, water chestnut and black mushroom ($11). 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
