All work and no pay makes for a disgruntled workforce. Here are five unpaid internships posted to Chicago's Craigslist that sound like a lot of work:

Entertainment "mogul" seeks, well, anyone.

He "hasn't quite found what he's looking for," his ad says. "If you are interested in the entertainment business, have any experience in the fields of assisting, acting, dancing, singing, producing, writing, directing, managing and any other sorts of talent, or if you're interested in an internship, please submit your resume, pictures and or other demos right away."

Real Estate business based in Lakeview seeks social media intern.

"Possibly YOU are the right person," the ad says. "You will have an increasing & expanding skill set determined by today's online and Web 2.0 society." Your job: a list of 27 bullet points, from teaching workshops to staff to monitoring all of the company's social media accounts.

Creative West Loop business seeks unpaid videographer

They're looking for a "talented videographer and video editor who is skilled at working with cameras, equipment, Adobe Production Suite, and PCs" to work 20 to 40 hours a week. Don't worry, the internship is unpaid for the first 60 days, but interns will begin receiving pay after that "if certain results are achieved."

Old Town fashion store seeks unpaid "Retail Management" intern.

Job duties include selling, tagging, merchandising...and other tasks most clothing stores pay their employees to do.

In search of "Social Media Guru," anywhere.

"I'm a TV personality who is looking for an intern who can assist me in blogging, tweeting, updating my website, keep my Facebook fan page current, etc. for the summer ...This is an unpaid internship, since I'm not famous, but hopefully we can both gain something out of this experience."
