Far from being an odds-and-ends dinner—Dave Odd is a Chicago-based purveyor of locally sourced, farmed and foraged produce—this four-course prix fixe with wine pairings features grass-fed filet mignon with wild mushroom roast and Illinois asparagus served with Elements by Artesa cabernet blend; goat cheese panna cotta with braised peaches, pistachio, bacon crisp and a moscato spritzer; and more. 6:30 p.m. $39.
