Chef Scott Manley gets you over the hump with beef, beer and bitters: two quarter-pound, locally sourced, grass-fed patties with Bodensee butterkase cheese and onion marmalade on a house-made pretzel roll served with a side of latkes, a pint of Triomphe Belgian IPA from Michigan's Brewery Vivant and an shot of Cardamaro, a bitter Italian digestif. 5-10 p.m. $15.
