Etno Village Grill chef Chris Cason serves up vittles aplenty—including customizable veggie and grass-fed beef burgers (from the local Q7 Ranch), hormone- and antibiotic-free grilled chicken and side dishes—during this afternoon shindig at the newly renovated 8,000-square-foot arcade where admission includes four craft beers and a barbecue plate. 3-6 p.m. $30.
