Chicago Craft Beer Week Pairings

Go a la carte with small plates including boneless chicken galantine stuffed with ramp-mushroom sausage ($7), which you can pair with Half Acre's The Hammer, the Bullet & the Vise (an English brown ale) for $3 per half-pour or $4 per full pour. Or, try a cornmeal-crusted soft-shell crab BLT sandwich with house-made bacon and baguette ($14) paired with Solemn Oath Whisper Kisses saison ($3-$6). 5-10 p.m.

The former Uncle Fatty's space is transformed into a pinball alley featuring 20 new and classic pinball games and signature drinks such as the Assault & Pepper ($7 as a shot, $9 as a cocktail) made with house-infused strawberry-jalapeno tequila. Former Kill Hannah bandmates—and pinball enthusiasts—Greg Corner and Jonny Radtke play DJ for the night. 7 p.m.-2 a.m. No cover.
