Kick off Chicago Craft Beer Week with a five-course pork dinner featuring Wild Onion Brewing Co. pairings including bacon-wrapped spicy sausage lollipops with Kainz Brau pilsner; applewood-smoked baby-back and spare ribs with four regional barbecue sauces and Beggar's brown ale—plus, an oatmeal stout-bacon shake for dessert. 7 p.m. $50. Red Bull gave 20 emerging Chicago artists a blank canvas-wrapped cooler and a commission to customize them—in 24 hours—for permanent displays at 20 local bars including Five Star, The Hideout, Delilah's and Cole's. View the results over hosted cocktails while a crowd favorite is determined and two artists selected by judges show their work at the Scope Miami art exhibition. 9 p.m.-1 a.m.
