A Calumet City man allegedly exposed his genitals to a pregnant woman riding a CTAbus on its way to Navy Pier Monday.

State prosecutors said the 23-year-old woman, who was nine months pregnant, was just about to get off the No. 29 bus to meet her boyfriend at Navy Pier when Lewis Fleming, 47, approached her and rubbed his genitals against her back. Prosecutors said he had been masturbating on the bus before she stood up.

Fleming allegedly battered her and the bus driver before police arrived to arrest him.

Fleming, who appeared at Cook County Criminal Courthouse Wednesday, was charged with indecent exposure and two counts of aggravated battery. He was held on $150,000 bond. Shortly after Fleming entered the courtroom, he shouted, "not guilty" at the judge.

Needless to say, Fleming's attorney said he "vehemently denies" the accusations.
