The Edgewater cafe teams up with New Gotham Coffee Community for a latte art competition—with hosted beer—featuring Chicago and Washington D.C. baristas. The results are judged by coffee professionals via live-feed projection, the D.C. baristas' art is screened at Metropolis for audience viewing and the winning competitor takes home the registration pool. 7:30-10 p.m. $5 to compete; $2 suggested donation for spectators.
