Chef Thai Dang debuts lunch service with a la carte entrees including stuffed quail with black rice, onion and ginger ($15) and ribs with tamarind, toasted garlic and hoisin ($14), plus a $21 three-course prix-fixe option. 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
