Grab a date or a like-minded pal for the Lincoln Park's daily prix fixe promotion which features two entrees such as brisket, fried or smoked chicken or a veggie burger, two sides and a choice of shared appetizer and dessert plus two tickets to a movie at Regal Webster Place theater across the street. 5 p.m.-midnight. $50 for two.

Flag Day of Chicago Drink Specials

Celebrate the day the Chicago flag was adopted by the City Council with tastings of Next Star vodka libations, $4 create-your-own Next Star drinks and the unveiling of The Wallace Rice, a spring cocktail named for the flag's creator and made with Next Star vodka, sake, lemonade, muddled jalapeno peppers and soda, which also goes for $4 (regularly $9). 8-10 p.m. No cover.

Local Beer Showcase

Sample approximately 20 beers from local beer makers such as Lake Effect, 18th Street, Spiteful, Dryhop, Begyle and Flesk—and meet the folks who make them—at this mini brew fest, which also includes a house-made pizza buffet. 7-10 p.m. $40.
