Fire goalkeeper Sean Johnson has been all over the world, training and playing for various levels of the U.S. national teams. RedEye asked him to describe some of the places marked on his passport.
"Dark. It was very gray, like very gloomy all the time. It was really different from anything you experienced before [in the U.S.]."
"Elevation and atmosphere. It's crazy how hard it is to breathe [at Azteca Stadium]. It's a crazy, crazy place to play."
"Isolated. We were really out in the middle of nowhere."
"Breathtaking. Seeing the pyramids and Sphinx … it was a great place to visit."
"Roots. My whole family's from Jamaica."
