Kentucky makes its way to River North at the Angels Envy Bourbon Dinner, where you dine on five courses—including pork belly confit with sweet potato biscuits and bourbon-glazed, smoked Slagel Family Farms chicken—with paired pours from the craft bourbon distillery. 6 p.m. $50 plus tax and gratuity. RSVP required.

Dinner on a Dime

The Anthem 1725 W. Division St. 773-697-4804

Spare change translates into dinner at $2 Taco Tuesday, where the fillings include chicken, pork belly and ground beef. Wash it down with a $5 margarita made with Olmeca Altos small-batch tequila, Cointreau and freshly squeezed lime juice. 4-11 p.m.

Suite 25 2529 N. Milwaukee Ave. 773-360-7478

Catch the Chicago Blackhawks action (7:30 p.m.) on 10 TVs and an 80-inch projection screen with a B&B—burger and beer—special, where $8 buys you a bacon cheeseburger and a glass of Goose Island 312 beer. 5 p.m.-2 a.m. No cover.

DRINK

Tuesdays with Tannins

Quay 465 E. Illinois St. 312-981-8400

Sip in style—on the cheap—at Uncorked Tuesday, where a rotating roster of wine and ciders go for $5 a glass. This week's seven features include Eric Bordelet Poire Authentique pear cider and 2010 Chalk Hill chardonnay; pair them up with an artisan cheese flight for $9 more. 4 p.m.-2 a.m.

DO

Back to Nature

Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum 2430 N. Cannon Drive 773-755-5100

Let your nerd flag fly at Nature on Tap, where you can vie for the Golden Cockroach trophy during adults-only science-themed trivia games, try your hand at nature-themed crafts, listen to live bluegrass music by the Kodiak Farm Boys, check out exhibits and take in a bug-cooking demonstration and tasting with entomologist Karen Wilson. But hey, if that's not your thing, the Tamale Spaceship food truck and a cash bar will be on hand with refreshments for purchase. 6-9 p.m. $10.
