Five workers improperly used sick days to go to court and a high school teacher resigned after a student found pornographic photos on a classroom computer, according to a report by Chicago Public Schools Inspector General’s Office.

The annual report, which details investigations of complaints and allegations of misconduct and mismanagement, was released on Monday.

The photos found on the computer showed the teacher exposing his genitals and people engaged in sex acts. Two external hard drives in the teacher’s classroom had more graphic photos of the teacher engaged in sex acts.

The teacher admitted to taking CPS computers, cameras and video cameras home and said many of the pornographic photos were taken in his home, the report said. The teacher resigned.

Among the other investigations found in the report:

>An elementary school technology coordinator admitted to stealing an iMac computer from school and selling it to a pawn shop for $300. The staffer was fired.

>An elementary school counselor abused sick leave policy by using sick time to go to criminal court as a defendant and by falsifying his attendance records to show he was working when he was in court. The counselor was suspended for five days.

>An elementary school principal bought a $700 snow blower with school funds and used it for three years at a residential property he rented out for income. The principal was removed from the school and disciplinary action is pending.

>A high-ranking CPS administrator improperly accepted over $16,900 in compensation, scholarship, dining, travel and entertainment including skybox tickets to a baseball game from three vendors. The same administrator spent money from an internal fund designated for educational programs on furniture for her office including a fireplace and leather chairs; supplies to make posters for her missing dog; and a baby shower for her grandson. She also abused her position by ordering her staff to drive her to traffic court and walk her dogs on CPS time. She resigned.

>A high-ranking operational CPS employee accepted dinners, cocktails, a $250 gift card for a Macy’s spa, and Green Bay Packer skybox seats from two vendors. The employee resigned.
