The Logan Square spot celebrates its eighth birthday by offering every dish on its menu for $8. Take advantage of the deal by ordering up a plate of wild mushroom meatloaf or roasted chicken (normally $15) and stick around for raffles and giveaways. 11:30 a.m.-midnight.

Grab a bite to eat at Le Cafe du Marche, a new eatery from the owner of Bistro Voltaire that opened at the market Monday. The French menu includes duck confit sandwiches ($9), quiche ($7.50) and organic lentil soup ($4.50). 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Proceeds benefit the New Orleans Musicians' Clinic. $5 donation. 7 p.m.

Try this new Gold Coast restaurant from the team behind Chicago Cut Steakhouse—it offers a wine list you can browse on an iPad, a beer made exclusively for the restaurant by Two Brothers and a menu of signature cocktails ($12-$14) including the Gold Coast-politan, a blend of citrus vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry bitters. 11 a.m.-2 a.m.
