For the Bears, every day is Boxing Day

THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVE

While the Box Game is the most intricate and heated game in the Bears locker room, there are others. The offensive line reportedly excels at Four Square. The ping-pong battles are legendary, while games such as Soccer HORSE, Laundry Basket PIG and billiards also help keep guys loose.

That's what it's all about, Okoye said.

"Football is our focus," he said. "It's definitely No. 1 when it comes to all that we do. But we just like to have fun.

In this sense, the Bears are no different than successful companies that use games and relaxation methods in the workplace to relieve stress and increase productivity.

"As a sprinter, you're always told to run loose, right?" Okoye said. "When you tighten up, your muscles tighten up. I think it's something 'ESPN 360' should probably do a piece on. The importance of having fun in a competitive business."

That's Okoye for you, always thinking outside the box.
