The city's Aviation Department reports there are no "substantial" delays at O'Hare International Airport or Midway Airport as of 3:30 p.m.
But Hurricane Sandy has caused the cancellation of more than 450 flights at O'Hare and more than 100 flights at Midway, the city said.
