Quentin Tarantino's newest movie, "Django Unchained," is scheduled to hit theaters on Christmas Day. If fans can't wait that long to get their fill of big-screen QT, they'll have an opportunity early in December thanks to Miramax, Fathom Events and IGN.

As one of those "one night only" movie events, the trio will present two of Tarantino's classics, "Resevoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction" on Dec. 4 and 6, respectively, at select theaters across the country. Both showings will occur at 7 p.m. local time.

The viewings will also include a special feature that chronicles Tarantino's career as a filmmaker and a selection of trailers for movies that have inspired his own projects along the way.

Chicago theaters showing the films will be AMC River East 21, City North Showplace 14, Showplace Webster Place 11 and Roosevelt Collections. Tickets are available at those box offices or online at fathomevents.com.
