Two tons of ribs make an appearance at the Rib-a-Que Smokeout, where a dozen professional and amateur chefs throw down with old family recipes and new culinary tricks and you get to sample them all. Six train cars transform into mobile art galleries during Art on Track, where hosts at each stop guide you in to meet the artists and view their installations as you ride the rails.
