Bartender on Tap
PT at the Talbott 10 E. Delaware Place 312-640-8135

The pop-up restaurant welcomes a pop-up guest bartender—Sable Kitchen & Bar's Mike Ryan—who grabs a cocktail shaker and offers up three specialty cocktails for $10-$12 as part of the bar's Tap Into UNICEF fundraiser, which means that a portion of your tab benefits UNICEF Tap Project's clean water campaign. 3:30-10:30 p.m.

New Brew For You
Atlas Brewing Company 2747 N. Lincoln Ave. 773-295-1270

Try a free sample of Atlas' new collaboration with coming-soon Lakeview brewpub Dryhop Brewers at this release party for High Voltage IPA. Order a $6 glass or $16 64-ounce growler and chat with brew masters from both spots. 6-9 p.m. No cover.

A pre-show reception kicks things off. 6:30 p.m. $20; $10 for 7:30 p.m. performance only.
