Punk rock festival Riot Fest adds an outdoor component this year (and a pay-as-you-go carnival complete with a Ferris wheel, tilt-a-whirl, midway games and more), so even though Friday night's show at the Congress Theater is sold out, you can still see nearly 50 bands including Iggy & the Stooges, Elvis Costello, the Screaming Females and the Descendents. 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. $45 per day; $79.98 for a two-day pass: riotfest.org.
