Candy corn Oreos? Apparently, yes, they exist

The minds that brought you Double Fisted Bacon Cheeseburger Ruffles and 7-11 branded hot dog flavored chips have a new trick up their sleeve for Halloween.

All right, maybe not the same marketing rocket scientists. But at Nabisco, the makers of Oreo cookies, some research and development group was told to think outside the box. According to BuzzFeed, candy corn-flavored Oreos are set to hit shelves Monday, exclusively at Target stores.

The viral media website said Nabisco’s parent company Kraft Foods confirmed the rollout of the cookie/Halloween candy mash-up Friday, after an employee snapped a photo of the limited edition confection on the shelves a little early.

No word on what the things actually taste like, but depending on what side of the fence you’re on in the candy corn debate, it’s either a monstrosity or the best thing since ketchup flavored chips. Yes, those exist too.
