Guest chefs to start grilling series July 8

Fulton Market's Publican Quality Meats (825 W. Fulton Market, 312-445-8977) is introducing a Sunday grilling series this week offering new barbecue dishes off the grills of the butcher shop and market.

This week, guest chef Johnny Anderes of Telegraph will be grilling with the PQM chefs from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, according to the restaurant's website.

The menu for the afternoon will features two barbecue dishes, a "grill-friendly" dessert, as well as seafood and vegetarian options, each for less than $15, according to the restaurant. Of course, there will also be specialty cocktails and a shot chosen by the visiting chef.

PQM has three other barbecue Sundays planned for this summer: July 22 with Urban Union's Michael Schreader, Aug. 19 with Lula & Nightwood's Jason Hammel and Aug. 26 with Bill Kim of Urban Belly, Belly Shack and Belly Q.
