Have you heard? It’s hot out. Really hot. So hot that complaints about back sweat have become a social norm. While you’re looking for your own personal cooling center, why not aim for a spot that serves more than just chilled beer? Go for frozen booze. Whether you’re trying to beat the heat in Wicker Park or River North, these Chicago bars and restaurants are serving up icy treats that pack a buzz.

Folks in Lincoln Park also can hop on the spiked snow cone craze out on the patio at Crossing. Mix and match multiple syrup flavors to reach the perfect blend.
