The Philippines arrive at your table this week only as chef David Dworshak introduces Eat Local, Think Global menu items including Kinilaw (ceviche, ginger, green mango, coconut, lime, $12); Kare-Kare (oxtail soup, eggplant, green beans, carrots, chilies, peanut broth, $7); and Sinigang (fish, snap peas, tomatoes, chilies, Swiss chard, tamarind-ginger sauce, $31). 5-10 p.m. RSVP required.

What happens at Primehouse stays at Primehouse during 777 Strip Week, where you can preview the new Vegas Strip Steak—similar to a New York strip but with twice the flavor profiles and available only at David Burke's Primehouse—as an entree, salad, sandwich or steak and eggs plate for $7 each.
