Travelers face flight delays and cancellations at both Midway and O'Hare airports, due to the snowstorm. So check with the airline to confirm flight status.

Airlines at O'Hare have cancelled more than 325 flights in and out of the airport as of 11 a.m., according to the city's Department of Aviation. Flights to and from the East Coast are being delayed an average of 20 minutes.

Southwest Airlines has cancelled its flights in and out of Midway between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday. The city said that equals 100 flights or a quarter of the total flights scheduled at Midway Thursday.
